Printing Rubber Sleeve

Printing Rubber Sleeve is beneficial for its ease of movement on and off the air mandrels. Printing plates are mounted on flexographic printing sleeves. Printing plates are placed on flexo plate sleeves and floated onto the air mandrel using compressed air. Initially, flexographic printing plates were directly put on the cylinders. Printing Rubber Sleeve is tested under various parameters to ensure its high quality and effectiveness. However, because plates were not easily replaceable and utilising many cylinders for various operations resulted in high prices and storage issues, flexo printing sleeves were created.
